Terms of service

1. What Vidsuite does

Vidsuite helps you make videos with AI: it writes scripts, records narration, makes pictures and motion graphics, renders the video, and can publish it to accounts you connect (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• Give us a real email address and keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or resell access.

3. Credits and plans

• 1 credit = 1 minute of finished video, rounded to the nearest minute (at least 1). Credits are used when you approve a script.
• Storyboard pictures made by Vidsuite's AI use 1 extra credit a minute, once per video.
• Rendering again and re-cutting beats are free. A failed recording can be retried for free 3 times per video. Your first voice change on a video is free, then 1 credit per 5 minutes of video. Each video includes its first set of AI pictures plus 20 free remakes, then 1 credit per 10 pictures.
• To keep the service fair, each account also has a monthly AI usage limit that follows its plan. Normal use of your credits always fits inside it.
• New accounts get a free trial, once: 3 free Shorts (up to 40 seconds each) or 1 free long video (up to 2 minutes). The first set of AI pictures is free on the trial, without free remakes. Accounts made with throwaway email addresses don't get the trial.
• Plans renew every month until you cancel. Each renewal adds that plan's credits.
• Top-ups (extra credits) are available while you have an active plan. Top-up credits never expire.
• Unused credits roll over while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. If a price changes, we tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal.
• Payments are handled by Creem, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Content rules

You may not use Vidsuite to make or publish content that:

• is sexual, involves minors in any harmful way, or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate;
• harasses, threatens or invades the privacy of anyone;
• shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't, without their consent, or is meant to deceive people about real events;
• breaks someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is spam, a scam, or breaks the rules of the platform you publish to (for example YouTube's policies on misleading or mass-produced content).

Every topic, script and picture prompt goes through an automatic safety check before anything is made. If it's blocked, nothing is charged. We may suspend accounts that keep breaking these rules.

5. Your content

• You own what you put in (topics, scripts, uploads) and the videos you make, as far as the law allows for AI-made material.
• You give us permission to store and process your content only to run Vidsuite for you: to make, show, render and publish your videos.
• AI can make mistakes. Check scripts and facts before you publish. You're responsible for what you publish.
• Vidsuite marks videos it publishes as made with AI (YouTube's "altered or synthetic content" setting), and adds a short note to the description.

6. Connected accounts

When you connect YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, you let Vidsuite act on your behalf there, only for what you ask (publishing, reading your channel stats, replying to comments). Your use of those platforms stays under their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect them anytime in Settings.

7. Storage

Video files are removed from our storage 3 days after a video is published, unless you turn on "Keep" for it. The video on YouTube or social media isn't affected, and your video's details stay in your Library.

8. Ending your account

You can stop anytime: cancel your plan and email support@vidsuite.app to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that hasn't paid. If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we refund any unused paid credits.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep Vidsuite running, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise any number of views, subscribers or earnings, or that a platform will accept or monetise your videos.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

11. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Consumer protections where you live still apply to you.
